My Vision board for 2026!
My Vision board for 2026!

There’s a part of me that has always preferred to keep my dreams close.

Quiet. Protected. Written in journals that only I would ever read. Because I never knew who would judge me or curse me.

And then there’s the version of me that is becoming, the one who understands that growth doesn’t happen in hiding or alone.

This post feels vulnerable to share. It’s personal, honest, and deeply internal. But it’s also intentional. Because this year, I’ve learned something important:

manifestation isn’t just about praying, journaling, wishing or witching. It’s about ACTION!

Hocus Pocus That Money Bitch!

It’s about moving in the direction of what you want, even when it feels uncomfortable to be seen.

So I’m putting this out there.

Not because I have everything figured out.

But because I’m choosing accountability over comfort.

Why I’m Sharing This

For a long time, I thought that if I shared my goals too openly, I’d jinx them. Or that if I changed my mind, it meant I had failed. But growth doesn’t work that way.

Growth is fluid.

Alignment shifts.

Momentum can exist even when the path changes.

This post isn’t about predicting the future or holding myself to rigid expectations. It’s about creating a timestamp! A moment in time I can return to. Something my audience can witness, reflect on with me, and maybe even grow alongside.

At the end of this year, I want to be able to look back and say:

This is where I was. This is what I believed was possible. And this is how it evolved.

My Vision for the Year Ahead

At the core of everything I’m building is one thing:

alignment.

I want a business that supports my life, not one that drains it.

I want to build systems, teams, and communities without burning myself out.

I want to grow financially while still honoring my nervous system, my relationships, and my health.

I’m building a business rooted in service, leadership, and sustainability. One where being bilingual is not an afterthought, but an advantage. One where growth feels expansive, not overwhelming.

This year isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters, but better.

My 2026 Goals (Broken Down Quarterly)

I’m sharing these goals as a living vision, not a fixed contract with myself. They are directional, intentional, and allowed to evolve.

Quarter 1: Foundation & Clarity

This is my season of organization and honesty.

  • Getting fully organized and understanding each client’s needs

  • Evaluating what serves me and what doesn’t

  • Creating systems that allow me to delegate before burnout

  • Shifting my mindset from hourly work to value-based packages

  • Having honest conversations with clients about pricing and alignment

  • Letting go of lower-paying or misaligned contracts without guilt

This quarter is about clarity, internally and externally.

Quarter 2: Expansion & Stability

This is where momentum starts to build.

  • Transitioning clients into retainer-based packages

  • Reaching consistent higher-income months

  • Expanding my team with support that aligns with my values

  • Building financial cushion and reinvesting into my business

  • Continuing to prioritize self-care as I scale

  • Increasing visibility and connecting with more bilingual VAs

Growth here isn’t rushed, it’s supported.

Quarter 3: Authority & Community

This is the season of leadership and connection.

  • Coaching established bilingual VAs ready to take on bilingual clients

  • Launching a free community that bridges English and Spanish business owners and VAs

  • Continuing to blog honestly about wins, frustrations, and lessons

  • Building the foundation for future educational offerings

  • Stepping into visibility through speaking and collaboration

This is where my voice becomes part of a larger conversation.

Quarter 4: Reflection & CEO Strategy

This is where I step fully into the CEO role.

  • Evaluating growth, systems, KPIs, and alignment

  • Reflecting on what worked, what didn’t, and why

  • Strengthening partnerships and mentorship support

  • Preparing for what’s next with intention, not pressure

  • Leading a growing team with clarity and confidence

This quarter is about integration, not hustle.

Yes, I just did that!

An Invitation to Accountability

By sharing this, I’m inviting my audience into the process, not just the highlight “I am successful” reels.

This is me choosing to be witnessed as I grow.

This is me trusting myself enough to say, “Even if the path changes, I won’t stop moving.”

I plan to come back to this post. To reflect. To share what unfolded differently than expected, and what exceeded anything I imagined. (This part excites me the most!)

Because growth doesn’t always look like sticking to the plan.

Sometimes it looks like I'm adapting without losing momentum.

Closing Thoughts

I’m sooooo excited for this year! Not because I know exactly how it will go, but because I’m committed to showing up for it and FIRED UP!

If you’re reading this and holding dreams you’ve been afraid to say out loud, I hope this reminds you that you don’t need certainty to take action. You just need courage and a willingness to begin.

I already started to take action and just in 6 months I have grown into a person I only thought was capable in my dream. I am by far where I want to be, but I am becoming and that is all the proof I need to know I can do this!

Let’s see where this year takes me.

I’ll be revisiting this at the end of the year. Or maybe quarterly, who knows! I will keep y’all updated.

Your Bilingual VA,

P.S.

I also want to share that I recently made a big decision for my business and I officially joined First Class with Breanna Cain. I believe in myself and a reinvestment in my vision as a CEO. I’m starting in February, and I know this container is going to support me as I scale, build stronger systems, and move toward the quarterly goals I’ve shared above with more clarity and confidence.
